A) General Attitude in Public/Personality - 

Vankarin is the captain of the guards of Granseal castle. He's been there for many 
years. He is an honorable fighter, and tends to let his honor come before the task at 
hand. He is to assist the Shining Force in building their strength, even though he 
thinks they are immature, spoiled brats... ^_^

B) Social Background/History -

Vankarin has no family, thus limiting his social background. He one day showed up in 
Granseal, saying he hailed from Gardianna castle in the far west, over the ocean. He 
met the king, and suddenly, without notice, was promoted to captain of the guards. Many 
opposed this decision by the king of Granseal, but Vankarin has proved his prowess with 
the sword and has trained many capable fighters.

C) Hidden Secrets - 

Vankarin has a secret, that the Shining force cannot know... It cannot be revealed here 
either, since that would ruin an element of the RPG... He does, however, tend to hide 
the fact that he is claustrophobic. He also has a special bond with his sword and never 
parts from it.

D) Morals and Beliefs -

Vankarin is a believer of the old laws... The one that do not govern the world anymore. 
The old order of things. He has a strict moral code also, that defends the weak and 
innocent, and that deals a punishing blow to evil and people who profit off the less 
fortunate. He has a strong heart and is a firm believer in the old Gods.
